Various classifications of spring tensile testing machines and their respective functions

Today we'll analyze the various classifications of spring tension testing machines and their respective functions.

Spring tension testing machines are mainly divided into two types: vertical and horizontal. Based on function, they can be further divided into manual and automatic spring tension machines, digital display spring tension machines, and microcomputer-controlled spring tension machines.

Among them, the vertical manual spring tension machine is easy to operate. Its advantages are its simple function and ease of use. This machine has a measurement range of less than 5 kN. During operation, it transmits torque and torsion angle through angle and torque sensors. It employs amplification, acquisition, and closed-loop control to ensure stable display, high accuracy, and convenient use. The high-precision reducer features smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life.

Horizontal spring tension and compression testing machines are mainly used for torsion testing of various torsion springs and coil springs. This spring testing machine can be used to measure the torque of a spring at a certain angle, or to measure the angle of rotation of a spring at a certain torque. It can also be used for torsional performance testing of other elastic elements and friction mechanisms. This spring testing machine is mainly used in spring manufacturers, electrical appliance manufacturers, power machinery manufacturers, colleges and universities, and related research institutions.
