TNS-DW series is suitable for the torsion test of metal, non metal and composite material, in accordance with "GB10128-88" torsion test requirements of metal at room temperature. Test torque and torsion angle values (after add special electronic torque meter the samples are small angle measurement, the experimental shear modulus G).

Introduction

All test operation through the test software of the testing machine. Realize the automatic acquisition, storage and processing of experimental data, the results can be output by printer. The machine adopts imported from Japan Panasonic AC servo motor and controller, compared with the DC servo motor with speed increased by 2 times the frequency response, positioning adjustment time is shortened 1/4, also has resonance suppression and control function, can realize high-speed positioning function.

Testing machine clamping chuck with quick change chuck, firm, reliable clamping, convenient replacement, chuck and the clearance between mating test clamp can prevent the impact on the test results of the process, improve the accuracy of test results; also can use automatic centering, automatic clamping structure.
