Functional characteristics of testing machine
The testing machine is mainly composed of a load frame, a parameter measurement and display unit, a strong current control unit, and test accessories.
The main machine adopts vertical welding structure design and manufacture, and the sample is convenient to install. The rotary driving power adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor to drive the rotation and rotate to realize stepless speed regulating. The loading mechanism of worm gear driven by the stepping motor exerts bending moment on the rotating spindle. There is an automatic centering mechanism at the bottom of the spindle to ensure that the wheel is installed in the middle of the rotating disc. The specimen mounting surface is designed with a protective cover to achieve safety protection. Detect the bending of the spindle during the test, so as to realize the emergency automatic stop when the wheel is damaged.
Configure the strong current control box to complete the drive control of the motor.
