Function of the testing machine

The testing machine is mainly composed of a main machine, a microcomputer control unit, a strong current control unit, and test accessories.

The host adopts welding structure design and manufacturing, horizontal loading design, large drum adopts international standard design, design diameter of 1707mm, as far as possible to simulate the road state, variable frequency speed regulation motor drive drum stepless speed regulation, to achieve different driving speed test, loading bracket with low damping linear element transmission, Japan Panasonic servo motor drive closed loop control, The load sensor completes the measurement of the applied load, so as to realize the closed-loop control of the fatigue test load and the emergency shutdown function of fatigue damage.

The fatigue type precision electric cylinder is used as the power source to apply the load to the wheel. Selected Taiwan TBI high-precision grinding ball screw, NSK bearing and Japan Panasonic servo motor composed of the golden power combination, to ensure the accuracy of loading and almost unlimited long service life. The electric cylinder is a new loading unit developed in recent years. Compared with the electro-hydraulic servo loading, it has the characteristics of compact structure, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. Our company combined dynamic cylinder design and use experience, independent design and manufacture of electric cylinder, excellent performance, stable and reliable. The front end of the electric cylinder is equipped with load sensor and built-in displacement sensor to measure and control the loading force and displacement. The structure of the electric cylinder is shown in Figure 2.

It is designed with a safety device, which can alarm and stop automatically when there are other circumstances such as tire blowout and wheel damage.

The strong current control box is configured to complete the drive control of the motor.

The microcomputer control unit completes the signal amplification of the sensor and the analog-to-digital conversion of the signal.

The computer software is WINDOWS platform software, with dynamic display, storage, output test report and other functions.
