Application
Developed in accordance with the latest national standards for helmets: GB/T 2812-2024 Safety Helmet Test Methods and GB/T 2811-2019 Safety Helmets. It is used to test the impact absorption performance and puncture resistance of safety helmets. Widely applicable to special labor protection product supervision and inspection stations, architectural science research institutes, construction engineering testing centers, power departments and safety helmet manufacturers.

Features
Integral Structure
Adopts a single-arm structure with high stability, reliability, sturdiness and durability for long service life. The top electromagnet automatically attracts, suspends and releases the impact hammer and puncture hammer.
Control System
Remote control operation, LCD display, and built-in modular control buttons.
Remote Height Adjustment Device
The drop height can be electrically adjusted remotely to the standard required height of 1 meter.
Data Acquisition System
Equipped with dynamic force sensors.
Infrared Positioning System
Infrared positioning ensures the impact hammer and puncture cone accurately strike the center of the helmet, guaranteeing valid test data.
Display & Control System
LCD screen displays the maximum force value and time with an accuracy of up to 1N.
Overall Protection System
Assembled with EU-standard imported profiles, built-in circuit design, and surrounded by metal protective nets with fixed mounting connections.
Puncture Hammer
Optimized central counterweight design solves the problem of unbalanced center of gravity after release, preventing deviation of the cone tip and ensuring accurate impact on the effective test area for more reliable test results.
Base
High impact-resistant strength design for firm installation and fixation of force measuring sensors.
Release Device
Remote release mode for convenient and safe operation.
11. Puncture Alarm Device
Audible and flashing light alarm will be triggered once the puncture cone contacts the head form.
12. Standard Head Forms
Comes with 1# and 2# magnesium-aluminum alloy test head forms, fully compliant with Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2024.
